Your clients can obtain an application form:

• From any Passport Canada office, Canada Post outlet, Service Canada Centre or Canadian government office abroad.
• By downloading the form from the Passport Canada website.
• Using the Passport on-line form, an interactive application that will guide your clients through all sections of the form.

If you would like to stock application forms in your office, you can order them in bulk through an on-line order form. Make sure any existing stock of applications is up-to-date.

Canadians living in Canada can submit their application forms at any Passport Canada office or participating Canada Post outlet or Service Canada Centre. They can also submit their applications by regular mail or courier. Visit the Passport Canada website for a complete list of service locations. Advise clients that it is a good idea to send their applications by courier, rather than by mail, to ensure the safety of the enclosed documents.
